Bp 130/60. Is It High?

I measures my blood pressure becaus I have high blood pressure and it was 130/ 60 pulse. Is this high?

High is over 140 130 is not bad 120 is ideal b/p changes all day. Your best bet is to take it twice a day at the same time each day. Make sure your in a calm environment. Do this for 2 weeks and give your doctor the results. He will take an average. (he also knows to look for irregularities, so dont take the average yourself)
