Bowl movement after food, not solid, no blood, tummy ache

when I eat about an hour later I have to have a bowl movement, its not solid, but no blood . there is mucus though, i get a small tummy ache but is gone after about 10 minutes

Hi read ur problem Of bowel movement after food,Not solid,no blood.There is mucus stool with tummy ache but is gone after about 10 min.I hope u may be suffering from IBS.In my view first of all u do some investigation.
1-Routine haematology
2-sigmoidoscopy with rectal biopsy
Take some precausation and cure your disease.
1-Donot take depression and anxiety.
2-If u have problem after taking milk so avoid the milk and take Mattha mixed with Hingwastak churana twice glass in a day.
3-Donot take food in excess amount and in take in limited amount.
4-U can take alovera juice 20ml in a day.
5-Take cooked food and avoid un cooked food like sprouts,prunes,legumes,beans,apples.
6-identify the precipitating food and avoid it.
7- u should maintain the hygene of ur food and ur body.
Not to be nervous this is not a great problem but it is easily cured.but prevention must be follow in life style.
