Bone Joint Pain, Checked Hemoglobin, Eosinophil, EST, Lymphocytes, RBC. Help?

Hi..........
I am anik. i am 20 yrs old. some days ago i feel pain in my bone joint. Now I cheek my blood test & result of blood test as follows:-
Haemoglobin--------- 13.9 gm/dl
ESR-------------------- 21 mm (Automated)
Platelet count-------- 0000 per cumm.
Circulating Eosinophil count---------245 per cumm.
White blood cell------------ 4400 per cum
Different Leucocyte count:-
Polymorphs------------- 53%
Lymphocytes----------- 30%
Monocytes-------------- 7%
Eosinophils------------- 10%
Basophils-----------------0%
Red blood cell---------- 4.83 million per cumm.
Hct./PCV---------------44.3%
MCV-----------------91.7 fL.
MCH----------------- 29.4 pg
MCHC---------------- 32.1 g/dL


Please tell me what is the condition of my health now?

Hello, reports show increased ESR and increased eosinophilia counts. For count increase you can consult a physician. Regarding your joint pain, are you having it now also, because its not clear from your history. If yes, go for other test like RA factor, urea, creatinine, uric acid and FBS. Thank you.
