Boils On Penis, White And Yellow Drainage, Foul Smelling

I have at least 3 to 4 boils, I think there boils, they are always it the end of my penis in the groin area. there are anywhere between the size of a dime to a nickel there are red in color and also has a very thin skin on the tip of the boil. I can scratch or pop by squeezing it and when I do I get a drainage of white and yellow goop squirt out and it has a pretty odor...

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have boil or infected sebaceous cysts over groin.
This area is rich in sebaceous glands and hence more prone for develeping sebaceous cysts due to accumulation of sebum,
Normally no treatment is required however pf it gets infected it needs to be treated with antibiotics like Doxycycline twice daily for a week.
Please ensure to observe proper personal hygiene by cleaning the are with warm water twice daily.
It should get subsided in a week.
