Boil on anus, no pain on passing stools, red in color, discomfort. Cyst or hemorrhoids?

Hi. I woke up this morning with what looks like a boil , right on my anus . It does not hurt to poop. It was big and discolored, but it is a lot smaller now, and redish in color. Its not very sore. but very uncomfortable. I ve done my research on cysts and boils & hemerroids. Please help me out. I have a picture if u would like to see it. I m a little worried.

Hi and welcome to HCM
From your description it seems haemorrhoids. Management protocol depends upon its grade. I suggest you to get it evaluated properly for appropriate management. You can upload the picture so that I can help you in better ways.
I do hope that you have found something helpful and informative and I will be glad to answer any further query.
Take care.
