Psychiatrist 's  Response

welcome to healthcare magic

You are probably suffering from "Panic Disorder" characterised by intense anxiety attacks with feelings of impending doom. I advise you to consult a psychiatrist for proper evaluation and management as there are number of treatment options available for this (Drugs like SSRIs- paroxetine, sertraline, psychotherapy and relaxation techniques etc).

Good Luck
