I went through your problem descriptions. I suggest you not to worry too much. Sweating is the basic reason. Sweat is a very good culture or medium in which numerous bacterias thrive
. The bacteria breaks down sweat into aromatic fatty acids, which produce the unpleasant odour. This means body odour can be tackled by :
(a) Reducing the amount of sweat
(b) Treating the bacteria that produce the odour.
The best way to reduce sweat is keeping yourself in a diet with low sodium intake. Bath thrice daily. Confirm that you do not have any thyroid
problems which can cause excessive sweat. If you are getting relief with coconut oil and lemon juice, please continue it. They are good for your skin.
