Body Lightening Lotion

I want to ask questions on a body lightening lotion containing the ingredients as follows:petrolatum,stearic acid, cetearyl alcohol ,mineral oil,isopropyl myristate,dimethicone,propylene glycol,glycerin,cetrominium bromide,methyl paraben,propyl paraben, malic acid , lactic acid ,gluconic acid, citric acid ,tocopheryl acetate,water and fragrance. 1.What are the hazardous ingredients in the lotion and their effects when the lotion is used to bleach a oily dark-skinned(oily black in colour skin)? 2.What is the reason for their effects ? 3.What is the possible solution to the effects ?

The ingredients that you have mentioned - are not harmful if used in optimum concentration. You can apply it on your skin but do not forget to check for allergy to any of the ingredients by doing a skin patch test before using it liberally.
