Welcome to HCM.
Since Modern Medicine doctors have reached the limit of their treatment, best is to continue with the present Ayurvedic treatment.
As the patient is stable you do not have to do any thing else.
Probably the Ayurvedic medicines are preventing the disease from progressing and giving the patient symptomatic relief.
Thinning of the body is expected in this condition. Try to give him protein preparations in the milk.
