Thank you for getting in touch with us. In today's modern world, special emphasis is placed on external appearance and therefore, people take special care of their fitness regimes. It is good if you exercise on a regular basis as that will keep you healthy. However, I would recommend you to take special care while taking supplements. Some of the supplements have steroids in them which can lead to various complications like impotency, jaundice, aggression, baldness etc. Therefore, you should consult your trainer, verify the supplement products and then only go for them. Hope this helps.
