Body Ache, Hot Red Rash, No Itching, Fibromyalgia

my partner has aches all over her body and as today developed a bright red rash running up her spine from the lower vertebrae to just below the shoulder blades. It does not itch and isnt tender but is hot to the touch. She is diagnosed with fybromialgia...could this be another symptom?

Rash does not happen in Fibromyalgia though joint pain and bodyache can occur. I would recommend you to show to a physician as there can be viral fever. Till that time he can take brufentablet pain relief.
