Blue Bruise On The Wrist While Making Wreaths. Solution?

Hi I was making wreaths out of freshly cut willow for a few days last week, and I was aware that my thumb joints and wrists were very painful afterwards. This is not unusual as I think I have arthritis in my hands, but what is strange is that I woke up a couple of days ago with a large blue bruise on the back of my wrist, just near the bony protuberance (can t remember its name). It was painful and is now only just fading. It is about 2 inches by 1 1/2 inches in size. Can you tell me what has happened? I know I haven t banged it. Thank you. Jane O Connor I m sorry, but I was unaware I had to pay for this service and cannot afford it, so thanks for your time but don t worry about it.
