Bloody spot in the throat. Sore throat, cold and conjunctivitis. Need to go to doctor?

Hi, I have a bloody spot in the back of my throat under my uvula . I also have a sore throat and conjunctivitis which the bacterial drops aren t really working on (not sure if related). I have had a cold for about 8 days with no fever. Wondering if the bloody spot is something that needs to be checked or not. Never had one before. Thanks
