Hi,

Thanks for asking the query,

Bleeding gums usually ovvurs due to gingivitis which is associated with many factors, like plague and calculus deposition, poor oral hygiene, nutritional deficiencies, use of certain medications, endocrine changes, systemic conditions like diabetes and leukemia.

As you said you are getting blood along with sneezing you need to consult an ENT specialist and get the checkup done.

Get your blood sugar levels checked to rule out the chances of diabetes.
Visit to a Dentist and get a thorough checkup done.
Go for complte mouth scaling and polishing, brush teeth twice daily with a soft bristle toothbrush, use antiseptic mouthwash gargles twice daily.

Hope this helps out.

Regards.

Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Bleeding from the nose - is usually from a capillary plexus in lower septum (Little's plexus).
It may recur from infection, allergy, trauma (nose picking) and so on.
If it is troublesome, cautery can be done - See an ENT specialist.

Bleeding gums has several causes - local like bad oral hygiene or systemic.
An examination by Dentist is necessary.

If there is bleeding from more than one place - the cause is systemic - a bleeding diathesis.
It can be simple like vitamin deficiency / or serious like malignancy.
A Haematologist will be the best person to investigate.

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
