Blood Tests Done. Which CKD Stage Is This. Treatment?

Age: 69
Weight: 84 (reduced from 92 since last 3 months after being on low sodium and protein diet)
Serum Creatinine: 3.9
Blood Urea: High (above the range)
Uric Acid : High (above the range)
RT Kidney: 9.5cm ( cortical echogencity is increased, measuring 3 mm. Renal is normal. Few cysts seen)
LT Kidney: 9.9cm (cortical echogencity is increased, measuring 4 mm Renal is normal. Few cysts seen)

Please let me know, which CKD stage this is and what treatment can we follow to restore the function. Thanks

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum. The normal level of serum creatinine 1 mg and in your case is it is very high.
Blood urea level is 20-50 mg , while in you case is high, so also uric acid level ( high).
Echogenicity is increased on both side.


Please mention ,why these sign appears.
Mention, urine report, protein report.
Glomerular filtration rate is also very important.
Consult nephrologist/urologist and get their opinion as all these parameters are not good for kidneys.
