Blood Test Done For Lymph Nodes, Less White Blood Cells, Problem In Kidneys. Treatment?

my son had a blood test 3weeks ago for enlarged lymph nodes and i was told that he had to have another test in 2wks... wich was yesterday and due to his white blood cell count being 23.4 and the previous test also showed something to do with his kidneys... i have noticed in the last 2 weeks that he is getting tired easly and he is now getting what looks like an old bruise on his back should i be meantioning this to the dr when we go for his results or am i just being a worry wart .

High white cell count is suggestive of infection. But other problems need to be ruled out.
In this background, It is better to get him examined completely and the bruise as well.
