Hello and welcome to HCM
I am a General Physician and like to answer your query. As per detail you have given, you are suffering from a major disease Hepatitis C, in addition to that Anemia (Low HB 9.9), Low Platelet Count and High ESR count. But you needs to be get this test done again because S. Bilirubin level is normal which make slight confusion to diagnose Hepatitis C (you might be in the early stage). These all abnormal results may be due to Hepatitis C but needs to be investigated in detail. According to your Heamogram report Anemia is more likely to be due to Vitamin B12 deficiency, go for S. Vitamin B12 blood examination.
Consult your Doctor immediately and get started the antiviral therapy (treatment of Hepatitis C) and further investigate for other related diseases you might be suffering from. Till that follow some advises which you have to take till the disease cures:
1. Stop Alcohol and smoking immediately
2. Avoid Fatty, Spicy and oily food
3. take the diet which helps in liver functions like fresh sugarcane juice
4. Make a diet chart according to your weight and follow it.
5. Loose weight if overweight
6. Avoid unprotected sex
The ultimate goals of antiviral therapy are to eliminate HCV, prevent transmission, improve or normalize the liver tests and histology (microscopic appearance), prevent progression to cirrhosis and liver cancer, prolong survival, and improve the quality of life. My last advice is to consult your doctor and follow his advise.
If have some queries in the future, i will be happy to answer them.
Best Wishes

Rest of the report is normal
Consult your doctor for the treatment.
