Blood Pressure 230/115 How Dangerous Is It??

My 75 yr old father is having pressures like these every day. Dr seems to calm when all Nurses and home health care people seem real concerned. Also has fluid around heart now and increase in urine. please dont hold back the facts. he is on catapress and coreg, had a heart attack led to 2 heart stints. then had a neck stint and a stroke during the procedure. After neck stint we got the high blood pressure

It may mean kidney disease and possible need for dialysis. Is he taking "water"pills like furosemide or lasix? It is very dangerous to have such high numbers and the fluid could be fatal,.Please watch that he follows doctor's orders!! Please get a second opinion if this doctor doesn't take proper care. I suggest you get an ambulance to take him to the ER now!
