Blood In Urine, White Fluid Discharge. What To Do?

dear doctor i m 33 yrs male haing married for last 11 yrs.i have 2 kids. my problem is i m unable to satisfy my wife since my marriage. now from 2 days whenever i urinate heavy bleeding flows with urine . before this condition some white fluid was coming with urine for last 5 yrs. i used to masturbate for around 7-8 yrs before marriage.i m extremely horrible to what to do ? and to whom expert should i meet? i m not taking any medicine nor i met any doctor regarding this problem beacause of hesitation.pls tell me at the earliest as i m very helpless. thanking you rakesh delhi

Hi Rakesh,
Thanks for writing your query.

Blood in urine is a condition known as Hematuria. Common cause for hematuria is infection in the urinary tract, other cause being stone in the urinary tract. Since you have not mentioned any pain in your abdomen, stone should not be the cause in your case.

For knowing the cause of infection in the urinary tract and other parameters, you should get following investigations :-
1. Urine (Routine/Microscopic) and (Culture and Senstivity).
2. Renal Profile.
3. Complete Blood Count (CBC)

The white fluid coming, can be seminal fluid or it may indicate urinary tract infection. Your urine reports will clarify the cause.

You can get yourself examined by a Urologist and you should not worry. Your problem is fully treatable.
