Blood In Stools. History Of Having Pain And Lump In Abdomen, On And Off Fainting Spells, Fatigue. Any Ideas?

Hello, I'm a female girl and I'm 19 years old. For the past week now I've been having excessive blood when I use the bathroom and poop. I've had hemorrhoids and in the past have had them bleed and usually hurt when they did. But this is different. When I go, it's a lot if blood. Not necessarily in my stool but on it, in the toilet and a lot when I wipe. Almost as if it's dripping out. I know this isn't just a few drops of blood, it literally looks like some one poured a cup if blood in the toilet. It hasn't stopped at all every time I've went to the bathroom. It doesn't hurt at all either. A few months back I was laying down and had a slight pain on my left side of my abdomen. I pushed down and could feel a pretty good size lump. I asked some people what it could be and said maybe it was one of my lymph nodes swolen from a infection or something. And I'm not sure if this would have anything to do with this? But I also get weakness/faint feeling spells. And are completely out of the blue. Usually in the morning time when I'm at work and I will be sitting down. I get shaky and a all over weak feeling in my body. But a hour or two will pass and eventually go away. I'm going to call my doctor soon to get checked out but I haven't had insurance so I kept putting it off. But now I'm getting worried as these symptoms get more intense.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
You are getting blood while passing stools. The reasons may be hemorrhoids, with huge blood, after the stools, there will be no pain.
Fissure it is a cut in the anal opening, presents with pain. the blood may be along the stools, or drop by drop after passing the stools.
The other is colitis, may be amoebic the blood comes along with the mucous and the stools.
You may need to have prostoscopy, for diagnosis , so i advise you to consult a gastro enterologist for diagnosis and treatment.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. thank you.

Hemorrhoids can cause painless bleeding and you have blood not mixed in stools but smeared over them and in the end. Its your hemorrhoids that are bleeding. Weakness is because of the excessive blood loss. Consult some surgeon to grade and get your hemorrhoids treated. also take care to avoid constipation. take dulcolax or looz to soften stools as hard stools can erode and cause bleeding in hemorrhoids.
