Blood In Stool, Sharp Pain In Right Arm Pit. Remedy ?
Hi there. I ve recently had blood in my stool and today had a sharp pain in my right arm pit. The blood in stool isn t consistent and I have recently changed my eating habits so I disregarded at first. I find myself sleeping for large portions of my day, but being that I ve just come back from a deployment I have a lot of free time so I enjoy napping. I m extremely worried because I spent time in countries prevalent with infections (Africa Mali) and had blood work done 3 months after my return that turned up negative. I ve had a fungal infection on my feet , but because I m constantly active i haven t been able to remedy this issue.

Do you have fever/ watery shit/ vomiting/ spasmodic abdominal pain/ acidic belching?
Do you have abdominal heaviness/ abdominal distension/ altered bowel habits/ pain at anus?
There may be possibilities of acute bacterial gastroenteritis and in which patient may get bleeding per rectum.
You should consult with physician and gastro-physician and should go for complete antibiotic course, anti-spasmodics, and probiotics.
If your condition won't improve after antibiotic therapy then you should go for colonoscopy for better evaluation of large intestine.
You should also go for bleeding time & clotting time and prothrombin time, liver function test and complete blood count.
