Do you have fever/ watery shit/ vomiting/ spasmodic abdominal pain/ acidic belching?
Do you have abdominal heaviness/ abdominal distension/ altered bowel habits/ pain at anus?
There may be possibilities of acute bacterial gastroenteritis
and in which patient may get bleeding per rectum.
You should consult with physician and gastro-physician and should go for complete antibiotic course, anti-spasmodics, and probiotics.
If your condition won't improve after antibiotic therapy then you should go for colonoscopy
for better evaluation of large intestine.
You should also go for bleeding time
& clotting time and prothrombin time
, liver function test and complete blood count
