Blood In Bowel Movement, Pain. Is This Serious?

This is a little embarrassing but.. several months ago for a few days whenever i had a bowel movement there would be some blood along with it in the toilet and when i wiped. I felt no pain whatsoever and it never bled except for when i pooped. After a few days it went away but now suddenly its back, exact same symptoms. I ve researched and found numerous people saying it could be tons of different things. What could this be and is it serious? Or should i just wait and see if it stops like last time?

these are only piles as bleeding piles are painless
normally piles are controlled by food restrictions and they don't have serious effects
but you should get examination from a surgeon to find exactly what it is for further management
