Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Dear friend, thank you for choosing HCM.
your cholesterol and SGPT are little higher.
it is not serious. SGPT is a liver enzyme.
what are the results of other liver functions?

you just need to be careful with your fat intake. reduce oily, fatty food.
do regular walking/ exercises.
and recheck after 3 months.

mild beer is not expected to affect liver badly.'
quit tobacco.

I hope to have answered your query satisfactorily.
Take care and please keep me informed of your progress.
Good Luck !
