Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that you have chronic sinusitis, due to which quite often you are getting the difficulty with the nose.Difficulty in breathing is due to the swelling of the projections in the nose called trabiculae.
I advise you to consult an E.N.T surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime, decongest, and mucolytic, and local decongestants like xylometazoline drops.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
