Blockage, Ringing In Ear, No Sinus, Used Hydrogen Peroxide But In Vain. Cause?

My left ear feels blocked and is ringing, i tried the hydrogen peroxide method and no wax came out although i heard bubbling. I had sinus issue for a month or so as i just moved to louisiana from baltimore, but was on antibiotics and no longer have those issue. the doctor said my ears were probably sinus related but didn t check them. My sinuses are clear now though. what could this be?

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The ringing sensation in your ear is likely to be due to congestion in the inner ear after a sinus infection. Putting a local decongestant drop in the ears will help in symptomatic relief. In case it is persistent then consult an ENT specialist for an examination.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.

Hello. Thanks for the question. This can be due to blocked Eustachian tube. Its common to get it when you had sinus infection recently. You can try blowing air with nostrils and mouth closed.Chewing gum and steam inhalation can help.Oral anti-histaminics can help to reduce inflammation and provide relief.Hope this answers your question.Thank you.
