hi we r from Bangladesh facing problem for seven yrs my wife has both tubal blockage and multiple fibroids in uterus she is now 38 yrs old she had a leparoscopy five yrs ago, actually we are married before ten yrs, we used to contraceptive for 3 yrs from beginning and last 5 yrs we r trying normally but no headway. what we can do now pls advise us immediately. she also had some diagnostic tests by gynecologist. mahboob
