Bloating, Unable To Pass Stools, Mucus With Blood, Bad Headache. History Of Not Passing Stools For A Week, Followed By Huge Stools. Help

Last week I did not poop from Monday - Sunday then on Sunday I had a huge amount of poop release at once, and felt empty and not bloated but as soon as I ate something at lunch time Sunday I felt really bloated again and have been unable to poop ever since. I have mucus and blood but no poop? I have really bad backache I feel like I need to poop but nothing moves

Constipation of 6-7 days' duration seems to suggest some degree of obstruction in the intestine, which can be due to worms, stricture or growth in the intestine.

Further, constipation + Passage of mucus and blood mandates Colonoscopy test, to rule out early stage of Inflammatory Bowel disease. You should consult a qualified Gastroenterologist who will carry out Colonoscopy and advise you accordingly.

In the mean while, There is no harm in deworming course (Tab Albend 400mg one tablet every alternate day for total 3 tablets). Take semi-liquid or soft diet along with plenty of water.
