I am 71 and in very good physical condition. I have a 90 min. workout every other day. But now my exercise program seems to be exercebating my problems with BPH. Of late, after a 90 min. exercise - some moderate strength exercises for upper body - and 1 hr. on the ellipitcal (divided into 35-25 segments) I begin to feel bloated and this causes difficulty with voiding (split, weak streams with low volume) until later in the day when gas is released. Last measurement of prostate was 5x5 cm. I believe I am developing a new aging ailment - diveritcular disease. Any advice on how I can continue my workouts without activating the increased intestinal activity?
