Bloating, belching, difficulty breathing, heartburn. History of high BP, cholesterol. Treatment?

I have extreme bloating and belching , Also get to a point that i am bloated so much feels like i have a hard time breathing. I also get heartburn so bad that i can feel the pain on my left sid e just right abouve my nipple line. I am a smoker and overweight. I am 5 5 250lbs and most of my weight is carried in my mid section. I high BP and Chlosterol issues. Feels the worse after i eat. thanks for any help on this.

Your symptoms can be caused by your diet, lack of physical activity and obesity. However bloating and belching can be a symptom of some serious disease like stomach or colon cancer. This diseases are more common at obese persons due to bad diet.
That is why I suggest you to visit your doctor, have physical examination and consider gastroscopy and colonoscopy (or FOBT - fecal occult blood test).

You should also take care of your diet and lifestyle. You should increase fiber rich products. Avoid fatty foods, fried foods, spicy foods, alcohol, coffee. Do not eat before sleeping (last meal should be 2 hours before sleeping).
