Bloating After First Meal. Do I Need To Worry ?

Hi, i m 16 years old and i m kinda stress out because I ve been bloating the past few days. When i wake up in the morning its perfectly fine, but when i eat first thing in a day. my stomach s just begins to bloat and it continuous till the end of the day. I ve been drinking powdered weight gain milks because i m too thin, is that what it cause? Should i be worried about whats happening to me? Please help me.

Hello.Welcome.milk can cause bloating.You must take the services of a nutritionist for weight gain.He will outline the daily requirement and chart the type and amount of food required by you.Good luck.

it seems to be gastritis.
also Dairy Products can cause bloating. so to increase your weight you can shift to other foods like egg white , soya
drink at least 4 lit of water per day
take small and frequent meals
do regular exercise
take more fruits and green leafy veg.
you can take antacids .
take care
