Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
With the available described symptoms, there appears to be possibility of decreased gastrointestinal motility.
Abdominal bloating and constipation could be due to hypothyroidism or due to diabetes.
You should consult with internal medicine specialist/ gastroenterologist and should go for thorough check up.
You should also go for ultrasound imaging, endoscopy and serum amylase and lipase, thyroid profile, blood sugar level, and serum calcium.
You should also go for urea breathe test for H. Pylori.
If Urea breathe test is found to be positive then you have to take complete eradication therapy for H. Pylori bacteria.
Meanwhile, you should take proton pump inhibitors along with prokinetics for relief of your symptoms.
Avoid oily and spicy food.
Take care,

Cardiologist Dr. Anantharamakrishnan's  Response
Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Urinary tract infection / Diabetes have to be excluded - blood sugar and urine analysis can be done at minimal or no cost.
Strong analgesic for the back could upset the stomach - take only paracetamol and/or muscle relaxant.
Antacids and pro-kinetic agents are cheap and can help stomach..

There is no alternative to seeing a doctor...

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
