Bloated Lower Abdomen, Navel Sensitive To Touch, No Fever. Any Ideas?

My lower abdomen is bloated and the area near my navel is sensitive to the touch. It almost feels like a bruise or something, but there isn t one. I don t have a fever. Any ideas what this could be? I also had surgery on my intestine about 11 years ago. Could it just be scar tissue? Am worried it may be something related to the intestines again, or an umbilical hernia?

it may be only scar tenderness or may be any incisional hernia........lower abdominal bloating may be due to any postoperative band causing subacute obstruction.
