Blisters Which Leak Clear Liquid Under Left Nostril After Slight Concussion. Any Thoughts ?

My son has developed blisters which leak clear liquid under his left nostril and around it. Now a blister has popped up on his cheek. I will take him to our doctor tomorrow but it does concern me at the moment. He had a slight concussion from wrestling on Monday, went to hospital twice, gave him fluids and a migraine cocktail along with fluids. He has had all his shots. He is fourteen and a freshman in high school. What do you think?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern the blister could be due to the trauma, any wound on the face get heal very fast some time does not need any specific treatment, in your son's case the blister has to be examine for the proper cause some time it has deep seated origin due to some bony lesion and that matters great take care of your son every thing will be fine have nice day.
