Blisters On Leg Giving Pain. Have Pierce Holes On It. Applied Antiseptic Cream. What Is It?

Hey,

Two days ago I noticed I had two small blisters on my leg close together. I did not touch them, but later on when I had a bath they popped. Today I've noticed the holes have got bigger and an ache down my leg. Inside the holes are two little pierce holes, but the hole around the pierce is quite big. I've kept them clean with Antiseptic cream & paw-paw ointment, but i'm worried what it is?

Thanks
