Blisters On Foot Which Ooze Puss And Burns. Doctors Are Unsure. X-ray Inconclusive. Underwent Bunion Surgery. Reasons?

Hi I am 52 years old and had bunion surgery in July of this year. I had an infection however the scar is healed. I have been on different types of antibiotics for a 3 months now because, of my foot having cluster of small rashes, med size bumps or blisters filled with clear liquid. Blisters that have crusted over and rashes on the top of my foot that burns weeps and itch. They have given types of answers from irritationof the wrappings to Shingles to Herpes on my foot and no clue. Xrays taken but no MRI's. Need to know what's causing the outbreak on the top of my foot and why the blisters are on the bottom.

Hi. Seems you have condition called Pompholyx/Dyshidrotic eczema.

Take an oral antibiotiv like Amoxycillin/augmentin for a week
Do KMNO4 compresses twice or thrice daily.
Apply steroid+antibiotic combination treatment twice daily after compresses.
Take an oral antihistamine like cetrizine for itch relief.

If it still does'nt resolve as expected then your dermatologist might need to put you on a short course of oral steroids.
