General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi
IT could be infection of hair follicle due to bacteria.
It may not be due to spider bite.'
I prescribe antibiotic and anti inflammatory medicines to my patients with similar complaints.
If it is not subsiding due to medicines, you should consult a surgeon and proceed further.
Wish you speedy recovery
