Bleeding Lasted Only For 2 Days And Had Pinkish Brownish Stuff Next Day. Need To Be Concerned?

Here is my problem my period is very normal I always get it 1 day before it's due or the day of this month I got my period 1 day before it was due and it only lasted 2 days then it stoped completely then the following day I had pinkish brownish stuff now I only have light stuff when I wipe this has never happen to me and my period normally last 6 days

1. since your menstrual cycle are/were normal, thus this pinkish brownish stuff may be implantation bleeding [unprotected sex??] which occur between 10-14 days after ovulation and indicates that the fertilized embryo is pushing into the uterine tissue,and occurs around women's expected period, [much lighter and doesn't last as long as a normal menstrual flow].

2. if you are not sexually active, and if pregnancy test comes negative, could be anovulatory cycle,so ask your doctor if you suspect this has happened.

3. if taking birth control pills, probably there is breakthrough bleeding.
