Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

You can try oral painkillers for this. This will help relieve pain and spasm.Mostly there won't be any thing more needed.

But if symptoms continue then she will need a clinical evaluation to know extent of injury.

Regards.

Thanks for query,
Due to over fingering due to high sex excitement she might got injury or bruises in her vagina caused this problem.
Get her examined and with anti inflammatory and antibiotic medicine she will be alright.
