Bleeding During Intercourse. Is This Something Serious?
I am a female and lost my virginity at the age of 14, i am now 21 i have been with 4 people and everytime i have bled the first time we have sex, it hurts while my boyfriend penetrates me but after it is fine, it hasnt happened to me in a year but last night i was bleeding and there was quite alot. after a while of having sex it almost feels like he is too deep in me and almost feels like he is hitting a wall inside me (this doesnt cause the bleeding). Im really worried that its something serious and im thinking the worst please help!
Greetings from Healthcaremagic. What is happening "_ _ _ everytime i have bled the first time we have sex,_ _ _" is there is a subconscious powerful contraction of the pubococcygeus muscles that clamp shut the vaginal entrance. Forceful sex during vaginismus often leads to bleeding. The good news is it is not serious, in the sense you fear. You will have to learn Kegel's exercise as long as you are able to voluntarily relax your pelvic floor muscles. This learning will be useful during those instances when you found this happens. Have fun,Get back to us should you have additional queries.Dr. Ashok Koparday
