PRAISE GOD At Last Someone Comes Up To Help Me. Here Lies My Problem: I''ve My Close Relative With Severe Septic Scalp Problem, Which Started As Minor Dandruff Scratch Sores. And Kept On Using Shampoo For Washing The Scalp Twice Daily. And After Hair Wash It Used To Appear A Bit Better Esp During The Day, But Once She Covers The Head At Night To Sleep Sores Seem To Be Worse. And Right Now Even Scalp Washing, Doesn't Seem To Be Helpful. BECAUSE RIGHT NOW THE CONDITION OF THE SCALP HAS COMPLETETELY DECORATED IN THIS WAY: 1.IT IS OOZING (NOT LEAKING BUT OOZING) DEFENSIVELY SMELLING FLUID AND AT TIMES THESE SCALP SORES OOZE BLOOD AND NOW EVEN EARS ARE DISCHARGING PUS. Now I Need Medical Advice On How To Manage This Serious Problem At Home Because Due To Our Religion No Tablets Or Medication Is Taken. SO WHAT HOME REMEDY TO OFFER SO FAR?
Seems you are suffering from seborrheic dermatitis which has become secondarily infected. I would advice that you see a dermatologist. He might prescribe you an oral antibiotic for a week to control the infection.
Medicated shampoos containing either ketoconazole, ciclopirox olamine, piroctone can be used regularly for dandruff. You can get them prescribed by a dermatologist.
take care wish you a speedy recovery
