Bleeding After Period. Postinor 2 Taken. Is Pregnancy Possible?

hi doctor.kindly plz clear my doubt.my wife menstrual cycle is 35 days.her last period starts on 26th of april and end at 30th of april.then we had unprotected sex on 6th,7th and 8th.so her next period should be on 31st of may.but suddenly on 14th of april that is on 19th day of cycle she get her period.n she took postinor 2 one hour before and ten hours after relationship.i am very worry that she will get pregnant.coz we r on family planning

Hi dear user, thanks for your query. As per your history, your wife had bleeding approximately a week after postinor 2. This type of bleeding is expected with morning after pills. These emergency contraception prevent pregnancy in 75 % cases.Although the possibility of pregnancy cannot be ruled out completely, but chances are very less.
