Bleeding After Intercourse. Had Medical Abortion. Reason?

I had a medical abortion the end of March. When my period came it lasted for 2 weeks and I also noticed bleeding after intercourse. I saw an obgyn who said it was normal after a miscarriage. I have my period again and just now had tissue or something with blood when I wiped after using the bathroom. My husband and I had intercourse last night so again I m bleeding after sex. What could be happening?

Hi,
Thanks for using healthcare magic.

In some patients, it is common to have minor bleeding after having medical abortion. But phgsical causes like
- Remnences of abortive fetus
- Cervical pathology
- Vaginal injuries should also be ruled out.

You may consult your gynecologist for expert examination and ultrasound examination if required.
You shoukd use acceptable co.ntraception if you do not want to have pregnancy.

I hope it will help you.

Thanks.
