Bladder and lower stomach pains and it hard to pee and poop

i eat breakfest and dinner and when i do my stomach gets constpated every morning and i have real bad stomach and bladder and lower stomach pains what do you think is gong on becuase i feel fine but i have stomach pains for the majority of the day? aslo my testicles get swollen and they hurt until i go to the restroom?

it seems that you have got both the problems of Git and urinary tract infection.
Go for stool test and urine check up.
Take plenty of water,avoid junk food and oily food.

It's probably in your diet or something in your intestines. You need to avoid junk food and consume more of fresh fruits and vegetables everyday as they are rich in fibre and prevents constipation. Raw carrot everyday, or a bowl of oats helps a lot. Also keep yourself well hydrated.
