Hi,
Your mother probably is suffering from folliculitis and furunculoses.Since the lesions are increasing during summer it could be due to hyperhidroses. I would advise her to take bath twice daily and toapply Dermicoolpowder after bath and to wear only cotton dresses. For now she can use antibacterial soap like Medsop and systemic antibiotic Azithral250mg twice daily for 5 days.Fucibet[steroids]actually exacerbates the lesions.Get a fasting and postprandial done to ruleout diabetes.
