Black Heads In Armpits. Have Molloscum Cotagiosum. What Is It?

my 5 year old who has g6pd got molloscum cotagiosum over 1 1/2 years ago and still has it, my 2 year old caught it about a month ago Over the weekend i noticed small black heads in the oldest ones armpits that looked like splinters (very different to the molloscum spots) I have now just noticed my youngest has the same in thair armpi,any idea what this could be

Molluscum contagiosum is a viral infection seen as asymptomatic skin colored/whitish lesions .It is contagious and can spread in families.
Can be treated by cryosurgery or electrosurgery.
