Black Hard Sores On Nipples,plesae Give Me Your Suggestion To Cure This!

My right nipple became very very sore a few weeks ago and I noticed a hard black sore on it. I assumed that maybe I scratched it without being aware that I have done so. Then a few days ago I noticed the same hard black sore(looks burnt)on my left nipple. No pain at all but it looks weird and feels very hard

Hi.. Are you sexually active.. If you have had unprotected sexual intercourse recently they may be signs of pregnancy too.. Check out for pregnancy.. Recent changes, should not be left uncared.. See a doctor..
