Bite On Ankle, Raised, Swollen, Redness, Pus, Ingrown Hair. Soaked With Epsom Salt. What Is It?

My son has was appears to be a bug/spider bite on his ankle. It is raised, swollen, and red. Also, the center is very dark black which made us think it was an ingrown hair at first, but it has gotten bigger. He as soaked it in epsom salt and it did ooze a bit of pus, but is still very black in the center. Does this sound like a spider bite?

HI BITE ON THE ANKLE,RAISED SWOLLEN REDNESS PUS CAN BE CELLULITIS RATHER THAN INGROWN HAIR.CELLULITIS IS ASWELLING OF SKIN AND SUBCUTANEOUS TISSUE FILLED WITH PUS AND INCREASES THE PAIN.IT SHOULD BE DIFFERENTIATED WITH ERYSIPLEAS WHERE THE SWELLING IS CLEARLY MARKED AND FILARIAL LEG WHERE SWELLING IS HARD AND WITHOUT PUS COLLECTION.SOAKED WITH EPSOM SALYT DECREASES THE SWELLING WITH ISOTONIC REACTION.THEN USE BROAD SPECTRUM ANTIBIOTIC LIKE CURAM 625 MG THRICE DAILY FOR ONE WEEK TO 10 DAYS AND A ANTIINFLAMMATORY LIKE COMBIFLAME OR CHYMORAL FORTE CAN CURE IT
