Big Moving Lymph Node On Groin. Is It Swollen? How To Get Rid Off It?

Hello, I m 16 male. About 4 months ago I noticed that the lymph node in the right side of my groin was a different size to the one in my left side. The one in the left side of my groin feels abit bigger than a pea but the one in the right side of my groin feels like an olive or bigger. I can move it about and it s kind of squidgy. Could it be swollen? What can this mean? How can I get rid of it?
