can someone please give me the 'safest' blood pressure RX out there ? my doctor is flippin me around too much! i have a scrip right now for : lisinopril--40. I read the side effects and freak out. i m 54, 5 5 128 pounds, non smoker, female ...my bp is mostly STRESS related!.....i take xanax as needed and take very little of it, i follow a good healthy diet and moderate exercise. i need at least 2-3 safer names to bring to him to try (b4 i fill this scrip). i dont want to worry about weight gain, hair , loss and all the other crap, please suggest the best tolerated bp-rx s out there and i ll schedule another appt with him, THANX!!
