what is the best oil for cooking to the people who are having blod Cholesterol? sunflower oil / canola oil/ corn oil/ coconut oil ?

A mixture of Sunflower oil, soya oil, groundnut oil and ghee has to be in the diet. Meaning all the above fats are to betaken but in limited quantities. Olive is also found to be better, but very much expensive. All oils are bad is another notion. Hence should be very limited in quantity.
